Every time I try to login I get a message "Your Login session has timed out or you are not logged in". What do I do?
If you face this problem every time you login, follow the instructions below.
If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you need to clear the cache of your browser. Follow the instructions below to clear cache.
- Click on 'Tools' tab in the top menu bar of the browser.
- Choose 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu.
- Click on the 'Delete files' tab that appears in the window.
- Check the "Delete all offline content" check box that appears in the small window that opens up.
- Click on the 'OK' button of the window and on the 'Apply' button in the bigger window.
- Try browsing Batchmates.com again.
If you have performed the above steps and you are still not able to login, then ensure that the 'cookies' are enabled in your browser.
Follow the instructions below:
- Click on 'Tools' tab in the top menu bar of the browser.
- Choose 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu.
- Select the 'Security' tab on the top of the window.
- Click on the 'Custom level' button.
- Make sure to select the 'Enabled' radio button for 'Cookies' Settings.
- Click the 'OK' button of the window and try browsing Batchmates.com again.
Alternatively, if you are using Windows 2000/ Windows XP and have performed the above steps and you are still unable to login, then proceed as follows:
- Click on 'Tools' tab in the top menu bar of the browser.
- Choose 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu.
- Select the 'Privacy' tab.
- Click on the 'Advanced' button.
- Select the 'Override Automatic Cookie Handing' check box so that the First-Party Cookies and Third-Party Cookies are set to Accept.
- Click the 'OK' button of the window and try browsing Batchmates.com again.
If you are using Netscape then follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Click on 'Edit' tab in the top menu of the browser.
- Choose 'Preferences' from the drop down menu.
- On the left hand side of the new window, click the 'Plus' icon to extend the 'Advanced' option. In the list that is displayed, click on 'Cache'.
- Click the 'Clear Memory Cache' button. When the confirmation question appears, click the 'OK' button.
- Click the 'Clear Disk Cache' button. When the confirmation question appears, click the 'OK' button.
- Click the 'OK' button of the window and try browsing Batchmates.com again.

Why don't I see any new content on Batchmates.com? I see the same content as yesterday.
The reason for this could be related to your Internet Browser. Your browser seems to be displaying old content
and is not refreshing the content. This is called caching.
To resolve this problem follow the insrtuctions given above.
